My Supplements

Here is a list of the supplements I take.  If you are new to supplementation and don’t know where to start, I HIGHLY suggest Optimum Nutrition products.  Theses products are the best on the market!

Optimum Nutrion 100% Whey- Vanilla:

Usually take his with my morning snack and post-workout

Optimum Nutrition Casein- Chocolate:

This is a slow digesting protein taken before bed as the last meal of the day to help keep me full all night

Womens 1 A Day Active Metabolism– Taken 1x a Day with Breakfast

Calcium– Taken 1x a Day with Breakfast (I take this since I cut out almost all dairy from my diet)

NOW Nutrition Dextrose

This is taken in post-workout shake to help replenish the muscle with quick carbs

NOW Nutrition Maltodextrin (Carbo Gain)

Taken post-workout with the Dextrose

Glutamine and Creatine in my post-workout shake

(I cycle on and off of the creatine) NOTE: When taking creatine it is EXTREMELY important to drink at least a gallon of water a day.
